Description:This is the Center for Nonprofit Stewardship's 14th Annual Statewide Nonprofit Board Training event.  The event is held at Oregon State University's LaSells Stewart Center, 875 SW 26th St., Corvallis, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on February 3, 2018.  16 presenters will provide 18 different sessions in three break-out sessions over the course of the day, starting with Sylvia Allen's keynote presentation, "ONE VOICE . . . Why your nonprofit service matters in today's world!"  Sylvia will also present one of the morning sessions, entitled "Building Sponsorship Sales," in which she will introduce her unique formula for generating revenue through sponsorship.  Other topics will cover grant writing, sound policy making, financial activities and processes, social media presence for nonprofits, human resource topics, cross-cultural and cross generational communications, board diversity, and much more of interest to today's nonprofit organizations.  For more information and registration, go to, e-mail, or call 541-230-1036.

Details:Early registration is $120.00, through January 10, 2018
Regular registration is $135.00, starting January 11, 2018
A Group registration discount is available for groups of five or more from the same organization
Catered lunch is available for $10.00
