Traber, Dixon to Speak at Chamber Breakfast Forum Mayor Biff Traber, and long-time Benton County Commissioner Jay Dixon will provide a “State of the City and County” address at the Corvallis Chamber of Commerce’s February Breakfast Forum. The forum will be held Wednesday Feb. 11 (7:30-9 a.m.) at The Vue in Downtown Corvallis. The Chamber has asked Traber and Dixon to talk about the current state of their governmental organizations, plus detail some goals for the year ahead, with a slight tilt towards the business and economic side of matters.
