New Corvallis Clinic CEO to Speak at Chamber Breakfast

Brad Wakefield, the Corvallis Clinic’s new CEO, will be the key note speaker at Corvallis Chamber of Commerce’s June Breakfast Forum. Wakefield took the top seat at the 600-employee Clinic in May, replacing Andrew Perry, who resigned last fall to take a similar position with a clinic in Ames, Iowa.

Wakefield brings 25 years of management and executive experience in the health-care industry to his new post in Corvallis. He previously worked in Seattle as the Executive Director of Physicians Anesthesia Service Inc. The Chamber’s monthly Breakfast Forum will be held on Thursday June 11 at The Vue in Downtown Corvallis, from 7:30 Am- 9 AM.    

Wakefield’s presentation will be preceded by the Chamber’s Annual Meeting, which includes the election of new and renewing Board Directors and a brief overview of the organizations most recent Fiscal Year accomplishments.

The Corvallis Clinic is an independent, physician-led medical group, multi-specialty organization serving Benton, Linn and Lincoln counties.  It offers more than 100 board-certified providers and advanced professionals in 27 specialties at nine area locations, and is the area’s fourth-largest area employer.

Registration for the Chamber Breakfast will be held from 7:30-8 AM, with the program running from approximately 8-9 AM. Cost is $15 for Chamber members and $20 for aspiring members.
