Lynn wants you to know she is not with the ADA Police; she’s here to help - you, your employees and your future employees.  It is estimated that as much 37% of the workforce has undisclosed disabilities, so this is not just about proactively bringing on those who do disclose; but about being prepared to engage with an aging workforce and an ever-increasingly diverse group of employees.  Disability is one of the last frontiers of diversity!
